The Ultimate Experience
This package provides 10 nights of accommodation (up to 4 persons in a room), two meals per day, per person, for 10 days. A packet of 10 free concert tickets per person registered on the package will be available. The cost is only $2000 (eligible for a tax deductible donation receipt for the sum of $1000.). The group of four must consist of at least one adult, and can be made up by members of the same family or through a combination of friends. A fifth person (staying in the same room) can be added to this package at a cost of $250. One discount coupon worth $200 will be given free with each package, only to be used to purchase a 2007 CD album whenever that is ready.
The Five-Day Special
This is for the convenience of those fans that cannot be present in Cleveland for the full 10 days. They can avail of this package on any five consecutive nights, and enjoy all the benefits of the package as described above including a discount coupon worth $200 for the CD album, for the price of $1000. A fifth person (staying in the same room) can be added to this package at a cost of $200. Eligible for tax deductible donation receipt for $500.
The Weekend Deal
Ideal for fans in a rush. This package provides any two nights and three days stay, at least four meals, and 3 free concert tickets per registered person, excluding dance programs, during the three day period all for a mini-price of only $500. This is also for a group of up to four persons. You can add additional nights of accommodation and other benefits, for an extra charge of $200 per day. One additional person can be added to the package (accommodated in the same room) for a charge of $100.
Booking
Please book your package as early as possible by calling the Comfort Inn (216-861-0001) and specifying the package you desire. You can make payment arrangements — credit card or check — with Comfort Inn and get an early booking to get accommodation in the Downtown Inn itself. You have a choice of accommodation (subject to availability) of either the Downtown Comfort Inn or the Airport Ramada Inn (with free shuttle service).
If for some unforeseen reason, you cannot use the package booked, a refund will be made with a small cancellation fee (10% of package price if cancelled on or before 03/10/2008, and 20% of package price if cancelled after 03/10/2008).
