Cleveland Thyagaraja Aradhana - Competition for Concert

This is a special category in that the winner of this category will perform a 1 hr concert on the final Sunday of the Aradhana (accompanists will be provided by the Aradhana Committee).

Please read these rules carefully before registering for the competition.

All entrants must be of age 21 or less (as of March 31), and must have lived in North America for at least the last five years.
People who have performed a concert in a previous Cleveland Aradhana are not eligible to participate in the competition.
All applicants must submit 5 (FIVE) krithis. You may be asked to sing a krithi, alapana in its raga, niraval, kalpana swaram, or any combination of those. The judges will choose what you will perform on stage.
The decision of the judges is final and binding.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate disqualification.
All applications for registration must be received by March 7 . Applications received after that date will not be accepted under any circumstances.
